
Sarah Mackenzie – Short and Sweet Pastries
Sarah Mackenzie is a Wellington-based pastry chef.
She has a formal qualification in pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu school, Wellington.
Sarah makes hand-made pastries, cakes and desserts that are fresh and delicious, wherever possible using local and seasonal fruit.
Prior to Short and Sweet Sarah worked as the Pastry Chef at Nikau Cafe, Baker Gramercy. and Rita.
Orders and catering
Sarah also takes orders for her products including special occasion cakes and desserts and is available for canapé catering.
